I spoke with Calese B. regarding a new Auto policy and with Christine W. for the Homeowner’s policy. It was so pleasant to conduct business with both agents. Calese and Christine were attentive, patient, and very responsive to my questions and concerns. The new policies they offered have better coverage for hundreds of dollars less, compared to the new annual premiums billed by my current insurer. Additionally, I like knowing that Calese and Christine are local, in my neighborhood’s State Farm office should I need further support. "I had a problem getting proof that my home owners insurance covered a storage unit I rent as they changed the requirement of the proof they would accept. I called my insurance company and right away they assured me they would take care of it. "It's never fun to think about dealing with insurance companies but my experience with Christine was refreshing. She gave us a quote that was much less than my previous agent's renewal quote. We made some changes and she quickly adapted the quote for me. There was information she needed from me along the way and that was communicated in a timely manner so that it didn't hold up my preferred start date. After my start date, an underwriter said that my price would be higher due to an accident my son had last year, but he has his own insurance and his own car. I emailed Christine to clarify some information and in less than 24 hours she replied that we were good to go at the original quote price. I have been very pleased with this experience. I don't always trust reviews because I wonder if the business is owned by the reviewer's Aunt Bessie or something, so for clarification, I do not personally know anyone employed at State Farm, and I am not receiving anything for giving this review.
