"It's never fun to think about dealing with insurance companies but my experience with Christine was refreshing. She gave us a quote that was much less than my previous agent's renewal quote. We made some changes and she quickly adapted the quote for me. There was information she needed from me along the way and that was communicated in a timely manner so that it didn't hold up my preferred start date. After my start date, an underwriter said that my price would be higher due to an accident my son had last year, but he has his own insurance and his own car. I emailed Christine to clarify some information and in less than 24 hours she replied that we were good to go at the original quote price. I have been very pleased with this experience. If you're looking for a great price and excellent customer service, call and talk to Christine. I don't always trust reviews because I wonder if the business is owned by the reviewer's Aunt Bessie or something, so for clarification, I do not personally know anyone employed at State Farm, and I am not receiving anything for giving this review.
